I'm used to do barbell hip thrust but I just have weights up to 80 kg. I can assure that the "weights" of the resistance bands from Bootysprout are really accurate. I'm buying more bands (3x30kg) as it is easier to set up as a barbell. I really recommend it.

I have had 2 knee surgeries and there is a limitation in the machine and workout i can do... well the bootysprout has been a charm i really love it and its so convenient that its foldable can be stored under the bed or in the closet without taking so much space... also the customer service is THE BEST, i live on a military base and the address we were given was not the correct so my bootysprout never arrived i contacted the company and they replied in no time they offered to resent it... im so so glad with the product and the customer service i do recommend it ❤

We have our in the crew gym on a Superyacht. We don’t have much space and everything has to pack away, so it works well that it’s foldable. I’m 184cm and it’s a tiny bit short for me, but I make it work. I also added some black grip tape to the wooden platform which improved grip. A great bit of kit. I’d recommend getting an extra 2 bands.

The device is of very good quality which is not always the case with such devices. Delivery was really fast. It came in a box which can be reused for storing etc. . Installation was super easy and the most important thing: It really works like the hip thrust machine I used when I went to the gym. Now I don't need to any longer! I really love it.
